Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bhartia Law Point strives to provide exceptional legal representation and transparent billing.

• Consultation Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked legal consultation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If canceled within this window, a full refund of the consultation fee will be initiated.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled consultation, are non-refundable.
• Legal Services Rendered: Once legal services have been rendered, court filings have been executed, or documents have been drafted by our attorneys, the associated fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
